Emo is just a short term for emotional, but even if this band was emo that only means the music is emotional. There is nothing wrong with emotion being human we all have it but living a emotional life for the fad is a bit silly. So I can understand where people come off hating emo music but hate only means you do not fully understand it or you are one track minded.

I went to high school with Jeremy Mckinnon. He left my ex's ska band to join this hardcore/punk-pop band. It's not exactly metal or anything, but I enjoy it for what it is.
